About Complaints

At TreasurX, we want to hear from you. If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints, we are your first point of contact and will manage your feedback in line with our internal complaints procedure.

We work with regulated e-money and payment institution partners in delivering our services. These partners have obligations under financial regulations, including how complaints must be handled, and we notify them of any complaints we receive that relate to the regulated services they provide.

If, for any reason, your complaint relating to payments or e-money services has not been acknowledged or resolved, or you have concerns about how it has been handled, you may also refer directly to the relevant regulated partner responsible for that part of the service.
